Appointment Info

We prefer to see patients by physician referral only. If you are outside our usual physician referral base, contact our office with MRI and other information requisite for a Neurosurgical Consultation.

If you wish a Second Opinion, our office will be happy to schedule an appointment after we have the first opinion and appropriate radiographic imaging.

For Forensic Neurosurgery matters, contact our office for Expert Witness, Neurosurgical Independent Examinations, Workman's Compensation issues and so forth.
